Bob Joseph/WNBF News [March 5, 2014][/caption]The jury in the third murder trial of Calvin Harris is expected to resume deliberations in the case on Monday morning.

The panel on Friday continued to consider the evidence presented in the Schoharie County trial over the last several weeks.

Prosecutors have tried to convince jurors that Harris is responsible for the death of his estranged wife, Michele. She vanished in September 2001 but her body has not been found and authorities have no proof that she is dead.

The jury requested photographs of the Harris property in the town of Spencer Friday morning.

Jurors on Tuesday advised Judge George Bartlett that they were deadlocked. The judge told the jury to continue working to reach a verdict.

The 53-year-old Harris was convicted of murder in two trials in Tioga County. But those verdicts were overturned on appeal.
