Delco Man Accused of Tossing iPhone Into Toilet

A Delaware County man was arrested after he allegedly destroyed his girlfriend's iPhone by tossing it into a toilet during a fight.

Authorities say 28-year-old Justin Rymbicky of Stamford was charged with criminal mischief and harassment following the dispute.

According to state police, Rymbicky was involved in a fight at a home on Fieldstone Drive in the Town of Stamford.

Investigators say Rymbicky allegedly pushed the woman during the incident and threw her smartphone into the toilet.

Rymbicky was arraigned in Stamford town court and released. He was ordered to return to court on August 23.
