Delaware County Woman Accused of Sexual Encounters With Children

A Delaware County woman is accused of having sexual contact with children.

28 year old Stephanie Fletcher of Walton is charged with two counts of felony rape, one felony count of criminal sexual act and two misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Fletcher was released following her arraignment in Town of Sidney Court.
