Delaware County Man Accused of Endangerment

New York State Police say 35 year old Justin Rifenbark of Davenport is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and criminal mischief during an incident reported at 3:38 p.m. June 30 on Miller Hill Road.

Troopers say, during a dispute with his wife, Rifenbark’s daughter reportedly took his phone and he allegedly grabbed the girl and threw her to the ground.

He also is accused of breaking his wife’s car key fob.

Rifenbark was released without bail following his arraignment. He’s to appear in Town of Harpersfield Court later this month.
