Deja vu: Shots Fired on Binghamton’s West Side
Another day, another report of shots fired on the West Side of the City of Binghamton.
Police responded to the corner of Lydia and Murray Streets shortly before 6 p.m. November 19.
Authorities say no one was hurt.
At last report, Police were looking for a heavy-set black man wearing a black hooded sweatshirt in connection with the incident.

November 18, there was a report of four shots fired in the area of Main and Chapin Streets and a hoverboard and cash stolen. 27 year old Julio Belcher-Cumba was arrested several hours after the 2:30 a.m. incident and charged with robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.
There were two other shooting incidents on the West Side a week earlier. There have been two arrests in connection with at least one of those incidents.
