Aaron Powell’s trial is scheduled for May 19th.

Police were called to Christina’s home by a friend who was concerned that she had not been heard from.

When police entered the home, they found Masciarelli dead on the second floor where he had been beaten with a blunt object.

The woman was found strangled in the basement of the home.

Authorities launched a manhunt for Aaron Powel and located him five days later in a convenience store In Springville Township in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania, where he was taken into custody.
