The National Weather Service is telling everyone to make sure they cover up as wind chills could reach into the minus double digits.

A very clear night has made ambient air temperatures in some areas to dip to minus ten.  That combined with wind of up to 12 MPH could make it feel like -10 to -24.

That could of a frost wind chill reading could cause frostbite in 30 minutes or leas and could lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
