A Binghamton man is accused of robbing the CVS Pharmacy on Riverside Drive in Johnson City at knifepoint May 24.

Village police arrested 29 year old Kyle Czekala on felony counts of robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.

Czekala allegedly entered the store at around 7:45 p.m., showed a knife and made off with several bottles of Oxycontin.

Czekala was picked up by police a short time later and questioned through Saturday morning before being arrested and charged. He is being held in the Broome County Jail without bail.
