CVS Drug Store in Johnson City Robbed

Johnson City police are investigating the reported robbery of the CVS pharmacy on Main Street at around 8:45 p.m. Monday.

Police could not say if the robber wanted money, drugs or both.

While no weapon was actually seen, the clerk was made to believe the suspect was armed.

The man, who is described as black, heavy-set, standing around six feet tall, wearing a mask, black vest and green sweater, fled on foot.

There were no injuries.
