Couple in Endwell Fast Food Restaurant Bathroom Charged With Drug Possession

New York State Police say a Broome County couple is facing drug charges after they responded to a report of suspicious people in a McDonald’s restroom in Endwell.

Authorities say 25 year old Daniel Ulmer of Endicott and Janee Caganek are charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Troopers say they found the couple had heroin, used hypodermic needles and other heroin-related items.

The pair has been ordered to appear in the Town of Union court in December.
