Couple Accused of Stealing Cans From North Norwich Fire Department

Two Chenango County residents are accused of stealing several bags and boxes of cans and bottles from the North Norwich Fire Department.

Sheriff’s officials say 25 year old Steven Viera and 20 year old Shayna Wilcox, both of Norwich, are charged with petit larceny and conspiracy.
