A Cortland County man is accused of threatening a person with firearms before authorities found a marijuana growing operation at the home.

40 year old John Palladino is accused of getting into an argument that became physical October 19 at a home on Route 222 in Cortland.

Palladino is charged with harassment, endangering the welfare of a child, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, unlawful possession of marijuana, and growing marijuana.

Deputies say when they arrived, they secured the firearms that were in the home and discovered an indoor marijuana growing operation.

Palladino was sent to the Cortland County Jail on $7,500 dollars bail.
