Two Cortland County men are facing drug charges after Sheriff’s officials say they stopped a vehicle on Route 222 in Cortlandville for an equipment violation at 7:41 p.m. December 30 and noticed several items inside associated with the manufacture of methamphetamine.

22 year old Jacob Falso of Homer and 20 year old Charles “Buddy” Mullen-the-third of the Marathon area were sent to the Cortland County Jail.

Officials say in addition to meth manufacturing items, they found heroin and methamphetamine in the car.

Mullen and Falso are both charged with felony unlawful manufacture of meth, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia while Mullen is also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
