Cortland County Teen Accused of Stealing Mom’s Bank Card

Cortland County Sheriff’s officials say they discovered the person believed to have stolen a Cortlandville resident’s bank card and illegally withdrew $190 was actually the victim’s teenaged son.

Authorities say a 41 year old woman reported her bank card had been taken and used on January 29th.

The woman’s son, 19 year old Peter Brandon Joseph Felko of Marathon was arrested February 20^th and charged with felony criminal possession of stolen property and misdemeanor petit larceny.

Felko has been ordered to appear in Cortland City Court next month.
