Cortland County Man Accused of Stealing a Stove

A Cortland County man is charged with criminal mischief and petit larceny for allegedly stealing a woodstove and trying to sell it to another person.  41 year old Scott Barber of Marathon has been ordered to appear in Town of Cincinnatus Court later this month.

Cortland County Sheriff’s officials say the stove was reported stolen from a location on Lower Cincinnatus Road in the Town of Cincinnatus.
