Cops: Endicott Man Put Dog Leash In Pants

Authorities say a Broome County man was accused of stealing a dog leash by putting the item down his pants and walking out of the store.

Investigators say 20-year-old John Robinson of Endicott was charged with petit larceny after he allegedly stole the pet accessory from a Dollar General store in the Town of Owego.

According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, Robinson was observed leaving the retailer without paying for the leash.

Robinson was ordered to appear in Owego town court on August 18.
