PJ Conlon is the Eastern League Pitcher  of the Week.  The Binghamton Rumble Ponies' left-hander went 2-0 over the last week and gave up just one run over 13.1 innings on the mound.  In his first season at the Double-A level Conlon is 7-7 with a 3.68 ERA in 19 starts for Binghamton.

On July 18th Conlon fired a shutout victory against the Akron RubberDucks on a three-hitter.  He had eight strikeouts in a 13-0 win.  Then on July 23rd Conlon pitched into the seventh inning, giving up just one run in a 3-1 Binghamton victory.

It is the second such honor for Conlon this season.  He was a 13th round pick of the New York Mets in 2015.  He was an Eastern League All-Star selection but did not play in the game earlier this month.
