New York State Police say a 30 year old Conklin man is charged with felony drunk driving following a crash at the Pride Manor Trailer Park July 18.

Rodney Clark is accused of crashing into a rock structure at the entrance and fleeing the scene.  Troopers say they found him at his trailer in the Conklin trailer park and in his vehicle with the horn stuck on and blasting.

Officials say the DWI charge against Clark was a felony since he had a prior drunk driving conviction within the last ten years.

Investigators say Clark refused to submit to a breath test.

He was sent to the Broome County Jail on $750 bail.
