WNBF Radio's Barb Mack was honored last night at the Southern Tier Broadcasters Association Reunion held at the Doubletree By Hilton in Binghamton.  Barb received the Association's "Broadcaster of the Year Award" for her many years of outstanding work in broadcasting.  She has been the host of the Barb Mack Polka Show on both WKOP and WNBF and also serves as an Account Executive for Townsquare Media in Binghamton.

Barb began her broadcast career when she was eight years old joining her father Bill Mack on his polka show that aired on WKOP.  When long-time Polka Show host Bill Flynn left his Sunday morning slot on WNBF Barb moved from WKOP to WNBF.

An award-winning polka dancer in her teen years she has hosted numerous trips to see various polka artists all over the Northeast.  She has also introduced a number of polka shows both locally and around the region.  Congratulations Barb Mack !
