Cortland County Sheriff’s Officials say they found a methamphetamine manufacturing operation in the Town of Scott after getting a complaint about possible drug activity at a home on Switch Road.

Deputies say they saw components used in making meth when they approached the home.

22 year old Larry R.W. Gantt Junior, who lives at the home, and 29 year old Nicholas Partis, who said he was homeless, are each charged with felony unlawful manufacturing methamphetamine, criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful disposal of meth materials as well as misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts each of misdemeanor using drug paraphernalia.

Both were sent to the Cortland County Jail on $2,5000 bail.
