A Binghamton man is facing felony charges after members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force searched his Court Street home May 12.

Officials say they found 52 year old Preston Alexander in possession of five grams of crack cocaine, several brass knuckles and another hand combat weapon.

Alexander is charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance as well as two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a weapon and criminally using drug paraphernalia.

He was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
