Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]Pennsylvania State Police in Susquehanna County say a Clarks Summit teen is accused of trying to outrun authorities and refusing to let another teen out of his car.

Officials say 18 year old Cuinn Foley is charged with fleeing authorities, attempting to elude police, unlawful restraint, resisting arrest, reckless driving and recklessly endangering a person in connection with the incident on State Route 11 in Nicholson Township that continued into Lackawanna County.

Officials say during the pursuit, Foley hit a patrol car twice and his 18 year old passenger jumped out of the moving vehicle.

There were no injuries.

Foley later turned himself in to South Abington Police.
