Broome County Sheriff’s officials say a Cincinnatus woman is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance after authorities were alerted to an unresponsive person in a vehicle at the Expressmart on Main Street in Westover shortly before 4:30 a.m. May 12.

28 year old Danielle Mulhern reportedly was found in a parking lot with a syringe loaded with methamphetamine in her seat.

Authorities woke Mulhern up and interviewed her before charging her with drug possession.

She’s been ordered to appear in Town of Union Court at a later date.
