A Cincinnatus man is charged with criminal possession of a weapon, menacing and other counts after Cortland County Sheriff’s officials say he allegedly threatened someone with a chainsaw.

29 year old Joshua Lambright was arrested Thursday, October 6 in connection with the incident in the Town of Cincinnatus.

The victim was not injured.  In addition to weapon possession and menacing Lambright is charged with reckless endangerment.  He has been ordered to appear in Cincinnatus Town Court next month.
