The 9th Annual Choruses for CHOW Benefit Concert is coming up this Saturday, December 8th at 2 PM at the Sarah Jane Johnson Memorial United Methodist Church, 380 Main Street in Johnson City.

Several groups will be performing.  Deacon Ed Blaine, retiring CHOW Director, says one of the highlights will be the Bronzissimo Bell Choir.  The Southerntiersmen Barbershop Chorus, Binghamton Downtown Singers, Endwell Community Chorus and several other groups are expected to perform.

Speaking with WNBF Radio Morning Show Host Roger Neel this morning, Blaine says advance sale tickets available at the CHOW office on Otseningo Street in Binghamton are $8.00 while tickets at the door are $10.

CHOW is also looking for non-perishable food items to help feed needy people in our area this holiday season.  Blaine stressed the need for hot-meal items including pasta, canned soups and vegetables and any items that can help put together a family meal.
