Chinese Food Delivery Drivers Robbed

Two Binghamton residents are accused of robbing Chinese food delivery drivers.

34-year-old John Pierce and 24-year-old Melinda Patak are charged with two counts each of felony robbery for thefts from the New Panda Chinese Restaurant delivery man October 1 on Prospect Street and the Longfeng Chinese Restaurant delivery man, October 16.

The pair is accused of threatening the drivers with a knife and stealing cash and cell phones.

Pierce and Patak were sent to the Broome County Jail.
