Chenango Man is Accused of Having Sex With a Child

A Town of Chenango man is accused of having sex with a child under the age of 11.

54 year old Paul Terwilliger is charged with felony course of sexual conduct against a child.

Broome County Sheriff's investigators say Terwilliger is believed to have had intercourse with a child over an extended period of time.

Terwilliger was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
