The Chenango Forks Blue Devils faced the only team to defeat them last season but the outcome wasn't the same this time around.  The Blue Devils topped the Tioga Central Tigers 21-7 Saturday in a steady rain at Chenango Forks High School in the WNBF Game of the Week.  Last season at Tioga the Tigers got a touchdown from speedster Jesse Manuel for the only score in the game and defeated The Forks 7-0.  The Blue Devils never lost again and went on to win the New York State Class "C" Championship finishing with a 12-1 record.

Tioga battled Chenango Forks all the down to the wire and scored the game's first touchdown on a pass from Sam Burns to Justin Fiske but the Blue Devils tied it with a Ryan Bronson touchdown from two yards out.  The teams went to the locker room at the half deadlocked at 7-7.

Tim McDonald broke a couple of tackles on a 56-yard touchdown run in the third quarter and L.J.Watson iced it for Chenango Forks with a four-yard run to put The Forks up by two TD's.  Tony Silvanic converted all three of this point after attempts and is now ten for ten over the games of action.
