Chenango Burglary Suspect Caught on Film

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say a Binghamton man is accused of taking items from a Town of Chenango home March 8.

Some homeowners reported finding things were taken from their bedroom when they were out for the day March 8.

When they reviewed their home surveillance video, they saw a man getting into their house while they were out.

Sheriff’s officials have identified the intruder as a relative of a neighbor.

30 year old Justin Leo was arrested and admitted taking the property and selling the items in order to buy drugs.

Leo is charged with felony burglary and was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
