Charges Against a Sidney Man Are Dropped

The Delaware County District Attorney is dropping charges against a Sidney man who had been accused of having inappropriate sexual contact with a child.

William Quigley had been arrested last year and charged with eight counts of criminal sexual act, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and course of sexual conduct against a child.

All the charges have been dismissed.
