Erin Moriarty, a CBS News correspondent and an attorney, interviewed Calvin Harris at his Tioga County home on Tuesday. Harris is facing a third trial in connection with the 2001 disappearance of his wife, Michele. The trial, which was moved to Schoharie County, is scheduled to start on September 15.

The interview will be featured on the next edition of "48 Hours." The program will be broadcast Monday at 10 p.m.

Moriarty discussed the interview and the case Friday with Bob Joseph on WNBF Radio's Binghamton Now program.
