Kevin Plawecki Selected For Futures Game

Binghamton Mets catcher Kevin Plawecki has been on fire.  In his first season at the Double-A level Plawecki has played in 58 games and is batting .326 which is eighth-best in the Eastern League.

Plawecki is being rewarded for his efforts by being selected to participate in the Futures Game which will be played on Sunday, July 13 at Target Field in Minneapolis as part of Major League Baseball's All-Star Week
