Amber Ale Beef Barley Soup Recipe

Amber Ale Beef Barley Soup (Prep time 2 hours stovetop. Serves 12+.)

2 Tb. Olive oil

1 lb.  stew beef

1C. prepared mirepoix (chopped 1 small onion, 2 ribs celery, 1 large carrot)

2 cloves garlic, crushed & rough-chopped

Mac Arthur Park Honey Layer Cake Recipe
