Costumed Critters Raise Money for Police Dog Bullet Proof Vest

A little seasonal fun is planned that also has a more serious purpose.

A Halloween Pet Parade is being hosted by the Johnson City Elks Lodge on Watson Boulevard October 18 from 10 a.m. to noon.

The five dollar registration fee for pets will go toward the purchase of a bulletproof vest for a local police dog
