Sayre Standoff Over

Sayre Police report that Justin Holloway, age 33 of Sayre is in custody after a standoff that began late in the morning July 31 and ended that evening.  Holloway was taken into custody without incident and then moved to Robert Packer Hospital for what police report as treatment for a medical warrant.
