Three Chenango County residents are being charged in connection with an investigation into heroin sales in the county.

Sheriff’s officials say 28 year old Ashley Wakefield of the City of Norwich, 22 year old Keith Johnson of New Berlin and 23 year old Andrew Cleveland of New Berlin were arrested January 22 in the Town of Norwich.

A 61 year old Pennsylvania man is accused of forcibly touching a 16 year old girl in March of 2011.

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say the complaint involving Loren Winn of Thompson came to light after he moved from the Town of Maine to Pennsylvania and the girl reported the alleged incident to authorities.
