Car Plows Through Garage of Vestal Home

A Vestal home sustained extensive damage when a car slammed into the structure and went through the garage.

The crash at 441 Jensen Road happened late Monday afternoon.

Police say the driver of the vehicle was taken to a hospital for treatment.

A woman who was inside the house at the time was not injured.

There was a natural gas leak after the crash. A neighbor was able to shut off the gas line.
