Candor Man Accused of Drug Dealing

Tioga County Sheriff’s officials say they arrested 25 year old Martin Stuve at 7 p.m. August 24 and charged him with two counts of felony criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Sheriff’s officials say the charges come from an investigation into illegal narcotics sales in the county.

Stuve was taken into custody at his apartment in Candor.

According to officials Stuve also has other charges pending.

He was sent to the Tioga County Jail.
