Delaware County Toddler Has Died

The Delaware County District Attorney is investigating the death of an 18 month old girl who fell from an open 2nd floor window September 17th.

The child, identified as Andie Lynn sustained fatal injuries in the fall at her home in Hancock.

The child was airlifted to Albany Medical Center.

According to a facebook page set up by the family Andie Lynn passed away September 21st.

An autopsy has ruled the death an accident and no charges have been filed at this time.
