Former Tioga County businessman, Calvin Harris, who has stood trial three times, accused of murdering his estranged wife in 2001, is due in court next month after pleading not guilty to harassment in the Village of Owego.

Harris was accused by SUNY Broome Community College student, Thomas Zikuski of threatening him following a comment Zikuski made in a class in March concerning Harris’ third murder trial.

Zikuski, brother of Binghamton Police Chief Joseph Zikuski, claimed Harris confronted him in a parking lot at 5:40 p.m. March 5 and tried to instigate a fight.

Harris' date in Village of Owego Court is scheduled for August 27.
