The Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce is getting down to business with elected leaders.  The Chamber is holding its Legislative Breakfast August 1 for discussion on promoting the local business community.

Congresswoman Claudia Tenney, New York State Assemblywoman Donna Lupardo, Assemblyman Clifford Crouch, State Senator Fred Akshar, Binghamton Mayor Richard David and Broome County Executive Jason Garnar are expected to attend along with Village Mayors, Town Supervisors and council members.

The founder and research director of the Empire Center, EJ McMahon is the keynote speaker addressing what can be done to make a better business climate in the state.

The Legislative Breakfast and roundtable discussions take place from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in Binghamton.
