Two standout Binghamton Bearcat wrestlers are headed to St. Louis, Missouri for the 2015 NCAA Championships.  Senior heavyweight Tyler Deuel and junior 184-pound Jack McKeever have qualified for the national tournament.  Both qualified after strong showings at the EIWA Championships at Lehigh two weekends ago.

McKeever placed sixth at the EIWA Championships.  He carries a 23-14 record overall and an 11-8 slate in duals.  Deuel won the 2015 EIWA Heavyweight Championship and is riding a 15-match winning streak.  He is 17-2 in dual matches and 27-4 overall.  Deuel is seeded 13th at the NCAA Championships.

Competition begins Thursday morning at the Scottrade Center and continues through Saturday evening.  McKeever's first match is scheduled against Ben Stroh from Wyoming.  Deuel's first opponent will be Ryan Solomon from the University of Pittsburgh.

Deuel is the first BU grappler to win an individual EIWA championship.  Binghamton wrestling has produced 25 NCAA qualifiers in the last six years including four in 2012-2013.
