Linda Cimino's Binghamton Bearcats women's basketball team heads to New Jersey for the second time in five nights as they meet New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) in Newark, New Jersey tomorrow (Tuesday) night at 7:00 PM (air at 6:45 on News Radio 1290 WNBF).  The Bearcats came from an 18 point deficit Friday night at Fairleigh Dickinson to win 80-69.

The Bearcats enter the game with a 2-5 record while the NJIT Highlanders are 3-5.  In two previous meetings the schools have split with each team winning once.

Imani Watkins continues to pace the Bearcats in scoring averaging 22.4 points per game which is tops in America East and seventh in the nation.  She has now scored 20 or more points in five straight games...something no other Bearcat has done in the school's 15 year Division I history.  Fellow backcourt ace Jasmine Sina is averaging 12.5 points per game which is seventh in the nation.  Rebecca Carmody is leading Binghamton in rebounding with 7.4 rebounds per game which is second in America East.
