The Binghamton Bearcats play their first of four consecutive home games when they host the Hartford Hawks in women's basketball at the Events Center.  The game shapes up as a battle for fourth place in America East.  The Hawks are 5-5 and the Bearcats are 5-6 in the conference.

In the first meeting between the teams this season Binghamton defeated Hartford 53-47 at The Chase Family Arena. Overall in the series between the two teams Hartford has a 24-9 advantage.

Binghamton is led by Imani Watkins who is averaging 16.3 points per game.  Right behind her is Alyssa James who is scoring at a 15.3 points per game clip.  Kim Albrecht is also averaging double figures at 12.2 per contest.  Albrecht is also tied for first place in free-throwing shooting in the nation scoring .917 percent of her chances at the line.
