The Binghamton Bearcats women's lacrosse team notched a home victory on Saturday afternoon at the Bearcats Sports Complex as they defeated UMass Lowell 12-6 in an America East battle.  It was Senior Day for the Bearcats who upped their overall record to 6-9 and 2-2 in America East.  The River Hawks fall to 0-4 in conference play and 6-7 overall.

UMass Lowell jumped out to an early 3-1 lead in the first ten minutes of play but the Bearcats battled back to move ahead and secure the home win.

Binghamton returns to action this Saturday with a visit to Durham to meet the University of New Hampshire Wildcats.  The match-up is scheduled for a noon start.
