The Binghamton Bearcats men's basketball team controlled the Loyola Greyhounds for the first 32 minutes of the games.  But after that the game turned into the Greyhounds' show.  Binghamton was up by 16 points with 7:43 to go in the second half but Loyola kept slicing that margin down and used a 12-2 run in the final 3:34 of regulation to tie the contest at 77-77 and send it into overtime.  In the extra five minute session the Greyhounds outscored the Bearcats 13-8 to win 90-85.

The win ups Loyola's record to 5-5 while the Bearcats fall to 7-5.  BU had won three in a row heading into the Loyola contest.  Binghamton shot over 58 percent from the field and at times the Bearcats were hitting on better than 66 percent of their shots.
