The Binghamton Bearcats extended their winning streak to six consecutive victories with a 77-64 decision at Reitz Arena over the Loyola University Maryland Greyhounds on Saturday afternoon.

The Bearcats rolled to a 36-21 lead at the half and never looked back.  Willie Rodriguez led the way with 22 points on his birthday.  He went 9-13 from the field including 2-3 from three-point range.

One other Bearcat hit for double figures.  J.C. Show scored 15 points in the first half and finished with 17 points.  The Bearcats shot a red-hot 58 percent from the field for the game and made 29 of 50 shots.  Binghamton hit on six three-point shots in 14 attempts.

The Greyhounds were led by Chuck Champion who scored 17 points and was followed by Isiah Hart who notched 13 points.

Thomas Bruce had another strong game.  Binghamton's standout center scored eight points, grabbed nine rebounds and blocked three shots.

The win is the third straight against Patriot League teams. The Bearcats are idle until Sunday, December 17th when they travel to Sacred Heart for a 1:00 PM game.
