The Binghamton Bearcats men's basketball team looks for a road win tonight at Lundholm Gymnasium in Durham, New Hampshire when they meet the New Hampshire Wildcats at 7:00 PM (air at 6:45 on News Radio 1290 WNBF).  The Bearcats dropped their America East opener on Saturday as the Maine Black Bears won 76-73 at the Events Center.  The Wildcats are 1-1 in conference play including a win over Albany last weekend.

Binghamton and New Hampshire are even in the all-time series with a record of 17-17 but the Wildcats have owned the series in recent years and have won the last seven outings.  New Hampshire is led by a conference Player of the Year candidate in Tanner Liessner.  Liessner is second in America East scoring averaging 19.6 points per game.  He is fourth in rebounding with 8.1 boards per game.

The Bearcats top guns are J.C.Show averaging 15.2 points per game and Thomas Bruce notching 13.3 points per contest.  Bruce will be the key defender in trying to contain Liessner.  The Binghamton center is second in conference rebounding.  The top rebounder ?  Another Wildcat Iba Camara leads America East in rebounding with an average of 10.4 boards per game.
