The Binghamton Bearcats men's lacrosse team dropped a 16-11 contest to the Stony Brook Seawolves Sunday afternoon at the Bearcats Sports Complex.  Coming into the weekend the Seawolves were ranked 14th in the nation.  With the win the Seawolves upped their overall slate to 11-3 and their America East record to 4-1.  Binghamton saw their overall record fall to 4-9 and 2-3 in America East competition.

The Bearcats trailed 10-3 at the half and 15-9 with less than 3:30 left in the duel. BU rallied for three goals in a :54 span but fell short.

Ben Kocis scored a pair of goals and added two assists for the Bearcats.  Zach Scaduto and Matthew Kaser each scored two goals and added one assist.  Johnny Maher added one goal and a pair of assists.

Sunday was Senior Day at the Bearcats Sports Complex.  Nine Binghamton Bearcats' seniors and their families were honored prior to the game.  BU travels to Vermont to face the Catamounts this Saturday evening.
