The Binghamton Bearcats travel to Albany to meet the Great Danes in a three-game softball series that could end up deciding the regular season championship in America East.  With that title comes a number-one seed and the right to host the conference tournament in May.

The Bearcats are 10-2 in America East competition while the Great Danes are 9-1. Binghamton is 28-12 overall and Albany is 29-12.  The Bearcats have won seven consecutive games overall and are 7-2 on the road in conference play.   The Great Danes are 5-1 at home versus America East teams.

The two teams play a doubleheader on Saturday and a single game to conclude the series is set for Sunday afternoon.  Binghamton returns home to host Hartford next Friday and Saturday.  The America East Tournament begins on Wednesday, May 11 at the home of the regular season champion.
